Our goal is to select the most suitable candidate with the appropriate qualifications and competencies for the open positions in our organization, in line with our company’s strategies, and to place them in the most suitable position.

For the candidates we invite for interviews, we use alternative assessment tools such as competency-based interview techniques, personality inventory, foreign language tests, and professional tests for the desired positions. As needed, we observe and analyze candidates’ competencies through group work and individual exercises on their case studies. As a result of all these evaluations, we make a job offer to the candidates we deem suitable.

In addition, we work with schools as part of our internship programs and conduct internship interviews in April and May each year. As a result of the interviews, where we determine the competencies of the intern candidates according to their career fields and evaluate their compatibility with our corporate culture, we hire our college interns for the summer semester and our vocational school interns for the winter semester.
